Certify+ is built for schools, training centers, professional organizations, government agencies, and any institution that issues certificates at scale. Whether you issue 10 or 10,000 certificates, Certify+ handles it.

Mail merge can generate documents with different names, but it cannot add QR codes for verification, track who received certificates, or let recipients verify authenticity online. Certify+ does all of this automatically with every certificate you generate.

Design tools are great for creating a single certificate, but most have no built-in delivery, no verification system, and bulk creation is manual or requires premium plans with CSV workarounds. Certify+ handles design, bulk generation, email delivery, and QR verification — all in one platform.

International certificate platforms are excellent tools, but they typically start at $45–$100/month USD and are priced for Western markets. Certify+ offers the same core features — bulk generation, QR verification, and email delivery — at ₱1,499/month, with PH-based support and pricing built specifically for Philippine organizations.

Every certificate generated through Certify+ receives a unique code and QR code. Anyone — employers, institutions, or recipients — can scan the QR code or visit the verification URL to confirm the certificate is authentic. No account needed to verify. Certificates are generated as high-quality PDF files. You can configure page sizes (A4, Letter, etc.) and orientations (landscape or portrait) in the template builder. PDFs are stored securely in the cloud and can be downloaded at any time.

Yes. Certify+ includes built-in email delivery. After generating certificates, you can send them directly to recipients via email. The system tracks delivery status and allows you to retry failed sends.

Yes. The template builder and PDF renderer are Unicode-native, so Filipino diacritics (ñ, é), long recipient names, and multi-language course titles render correctly on every generated certificate.

Already-generated certificates remain valid and verifiable. Their QR codes and verification pages stay live regardless of your plan status, so recipients never lose access to credentials you’ve issued them.

Yes. The Free plan is free forever — no credit card required. You get 50 certificates per month, 3 templates, QR verification, and PDF downloads. Upgrade to Starter (₱199/mo) when you need more volume, email delivery, or team features. Business (₱1,499/mo) unlocks API access and priority support.

Absolutely. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to increase your quotas. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Your data and certificates are never deleted when changing plans.

We accept payments through PayMongo: QRPh (scan-to-pay with any supporting bank or e-wallet), GCash, Maya, and direct online banking with BPI or UnionBank. Credit/debit card support is coming soon.

Plans are paid manually for a fixed period — there is no recurring subscription and nothing to cancel. When the period ends, your account drops to the Free plan until you pay for another period. Already-generated certificates and verification pages stay live regardless of plan status.

Your data lives on encrypted infrastructure hosted in Southeast Asia (Supabase Singapore region) and is never sold or shared. As a PH-registered company we comply with RA 10173 — you control your data, can request export or deletion at any time, and have a dedicated Data Protection Officer reachable at dpo@cybernestsolution.com.

Yes, any time. Download generated certificates as individual PDFs or as a ZIP archive, export recipient data as CSV, and delete individual certificates or your entire account from Settings. Your data stays yours — even if you cancel, you choose when (or whether) to remove it.
